Shipping policy
All Peek-a-Pup products - Custom Studio items and our ready-made designs - are printed to order by our print partners and shipped straight to you. Nothing is printed until you order.
Orders go to print 24 hours after you order (your free-cancellation window - see the Refund policy). The Custom Studio delivery estimates below are business days after printing.
Custom Studio products appear in the store as they are released. This list shows everything the studio makes, so an item may be listed here before it is available to order.

- Where we ship: Custom Studio mugs and mouse pads ship to the United States and Canada; the tumbler ships to the United States only. Other Custom Studio items and ready-made items ship to the countries offered at checkout - if your country is offered at checkout, we ship there.
- Shipping cost and delivery estimate for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Shipping method: every Custom Studio item ships by Standard delivery only (Economy is not offered for Custom Studio items). Ready-made items may also offer Economy or faster options.
- Extra items in the same order add a smaller amount each (tumbler shipping stays free); the exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it (for example, Oklahoma addresses).
- Ordering more than one item? They may arrive in separate packages from different print partners.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs (international orders may owe import taxes or duties) are outside our control, but if your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after the estimate, email support@peekapup.com and we'll help - see the Refund policy for lost orders.
